Reporting directly to the Media and Search Campaign Manager, the Digital Media Coordinator will assist in the successful execution of media and search marketing mandates. An integral part of all media programs, you will showcase dedicated team leadership working towards executional excellence and management of the day-to-day workflow. You are driven, organized and passionate about delivering great programs efficiently and flawlessly

What you will do

  1. Project Management
    • Responsible for accurate and timely communications to clients (internal and external)
    • Builds a solid and lasting relationship with internal clients
    • Maintains appropriate contact with the necessary individuals on the client team, through the lifecycle of the project
    • Responsible for allocation of media team task assignments
    • Develop, implement and manage media project plans, including booking of reports, media plans, follow-ups  and other client-facing deliverables
    • Communicate project status to teams on a regular basis
  2. Personal and Operational Development
    • Keep on top of trends in digital and closely monitor clients’ competitors marketing efforts through reading appropriate industry publications, websites, e-mails as well as through attendance at conferences
    • Work with the digital producers, the department leads and other team members on process improvements, and other initiatives designed to improve the effectiveness and quality of media programs within the agency
  3. Innovation
    • Propose innovative service offerings within the realm of digital advertising
    • Propose innovative optimization strategies for client campaigns
    • Identify tools to facilitate optimization measures

What you will bring

  1. Experience
    • Previous work experience in an account or project management capacity, in a media environment – preferred
    • University degree or college diploma in related field
  2. Skills
    • Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and French
    • Extremely organized and detail orientated, with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Bilingual – English and French
    • Familiarity with Google Drive (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
    • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
    • Responsible and autonomous
    • Ambitious, outgoing and a team player
    • Ability to deal with stress, pressure and tight deadlines
    • Creative and innovative in approach
    • Strong analytical skills
