Community Management Intern

Reporting directly to the Content & Social Media Manager , the Community Management Intern will be involved in the successful execution of social media management efforts for our clients.

What you will do

Social Media Campaigns

  • Gather campaign elements for social media platform set-up
  • Aid in the development of content for client programs
  • Gather and develop content for posts and responses
  • Assist in moderating and responding to comments/feedback from our clients’ communities (through approval from the Community Management team)
  • Propose optimization strategies to improve performance of efforts

Client Contact

  • Attend client meetings as required


  • Assistance with completion of general departmental tasks, as required

What you will bring


  • Currently enrolled in a University or college program in a related field; journalism or communications preferred
  • Knowledge of social media marketing (preferred)
  • Previous experience managing social communities (preferred)


  • Strong creative writing skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and French
  • Bilingual
  • Exceptional attention to detail
