SharePoint Developer
Description The SharePoint developer will participate in projects that are related to web applications. What You Will Do •Understand technical and functional design requirements. •Lead in Physical and logical database design. •Designs, codes and tests superior technical solutions. •Easy identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions. •Create and execute project and development plans. •Communicate and enforce coding standards defined by technical management. •Review work of more junior employees. •Participate on client call to determine project scope. •Provide time estimates for projects. •Attend project briefs of assigned brands. •Accurately employs our development tools. Complete and submit time and expenses report. •Prioritize multiple tasks effectively. •Be active on setting goals and determine to achieve them. •Apply feedback constantly and search ways of improvement. •Seek input from peers, supervisor and network. •Encourage more junior employees to take responsibility for their development within the company. •Mentor and train those with less experience. •Actively contributes to corporate knowledge base. •Proactively seek opportunities to server in leadership roles. •Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. •Anticipate client need before they arise and recommend solutions to project management. •Understand client expectations and recognize when issues/events may affect delivery. •Manage client expectation effectively. What You Will Bring •Ideally you will have a bachelor degree in Computer Science or related areas. Relevant experience is also considered. •Minimum of 3 to 5 year-experience. •At least two years of development experience in SharePoint 2010 (2008 might be considered). •Demonstrate development proficiency with SharePoint template integration and custom web part integration. •Solid knowledge of C#; Microsoft .Net technologies (.Net 3.5; .Net 4.0); SQL Server 2005. •Knowledge of ASP knowledge will be considered an asset. •Good experience with SharePoint site administration. •Strong experience with Web Controls, Html Controls, Web Parts and list management. •Creates XML schemas. •Demonstrate proficiency client server and internet systems architectures. •Work really well as a team as well as autonomously. •Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. •Good interpersonal and communication skills. •Generates enthusiasm among team members. •Demonstrate commitment toward objectives and act with initiative. •Manage the process of innovative solutions / changes. |
